Every since James Cameron's "Aliens" many science fiction drop ships have followed a similar mold to the UD-4L Cheyenne and while I do like many of those inspired-by design, I never felt they were "different enough".  Your work here is something that feels only vaguely inpired by the seminal film (or perhaps too far removed to trace direct lineage) yet is one of those designs I feel is definitely different enough, realizing the promise of that old craft and forging in a new direction.  I love everything about this design; the colors, the nose, the tail, the forward-swept wing, the landing gear position and the bay doors.  I would love to see so much more of this design.  Please expand upon this work, this is a mechanical design that deserves more attention.  Brilliant work!

Just found your CoM work while searching for Galen's Star Trek stuff. And have to say: I'm lost for words! Very impressive.
Just one thing: is it ASD-38 (like on the picture) or ADS-38 (as the text says)?

Not a problem. Glad you enjoy all the work. I hope you find the rest of it as well as the series interesting.

Very nice design! :)
Just to point out, the landing gears should be twice as big... ;)
